BBBSOD Winter Classic Hockey Tournament

Join Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orillia & District on the ice for our annual hockey tournament!

This year, the BBBSOD hockey tournament is being rebranded as the BBBSOD Winter Classic!  Proudly presented by Orillia Volkswagen, this weekend-long tournament will be taking place over the course of Friday, January 17 – Sunday, January 19, 2025 at Rotary Place in Orillia, ON.

Tournament Information:

Date: Friday, January 17 – Sunday, January 19, 2025.

Location: Rotary Place – 100 University Ave, Orillia, ON

Divisions (applicable to change based on registration): Men’s Recreational (55+, 45+, 35+), Women’s Recreational (35+), Women’s Competitive (35+)

Format: 

Games to take place:

Friday, January 17, 2025  – 6:00PM – 11:00PM.

Saturday, January 18, 2o25  – 8:00AM – 11:00PM.

Sunday, January 19, 2025  – 8:00AM – 4:30PM.

Guaranteed three (3) games per team. Game schedules and other information to be announced closer to tournament dates.

Fees & Inclusions: 

Team Fee (10-15 players): $1300.00/team*.

$600.00 deposit due at time of registration. Remaining balance due no less than two weeks prior to tournament start date.

**Teams are encouraged to e-transfer their registration fee(s) is possible. E-transfers can be sent to m.chaffey@bigbrothersbigsisters.ca. In the ‘notes’ section please reference ‘BBBSOD Hockey’ and your team name. You are still required to register online at the link below if e-transfering.

Each team will receive a welcome package including tournament rules and schedule, drink tickets, and more.
